Sabio recently held their one day conference – Disrupted Customer Contact 2017, in London, on the 23rd February, which was attended by over 250 senior digital, marketing and operational leaders from international organisations.
Working with Sabio, team VISU.AL were approached, as a production partner, to capture and communicate the visual identity and tone of the event.
The Digital content to be created had to reflect the overall narrative with positioning, reusability and presentation structure to be taken into account.
An explainer on disruption for Disrupted Customer Contact 2017 was created to set the tone for the conversations that were taking place around how customer experience itself is being disrupted. The explainer itself had to be dramatic and capture the rate of change of technology , which was best shown through a montage style reportage.
